About Anna
"Many
thanks to Anna for organizing/facilitating this great group and to Scott for
hosting us in his home. Friday sittings are the highlight of my week. Even
if I am unable to make it at times, it is still wonderful to know that this
is continuing. I find the atmosphere casual, yet supportive...looking

the group: Attending
the group meditations that Anna mediates is what I use to ground my life. The
vibrations of daily existence and my personal searching can sometimes put me
into highly distorted states of being. The group creates an atmosphere of
peace that sooths my very soul and gives me a weekly calming so I can see
more accurately the reflection off the waters of life. About
Anna Zumi: I
believe that Anna has mastered the nature of water. She is ever ready to
respond to that which comes her way. She has no arguement with any shape of
personality she meets and is willing and able to help float you in the
direction you wish to go. She is a very loving and open person who truly cares
about everyone I have seen her interact with and if you get to know her you
will find that she has had an amazing life adventure to boot! peace

know Anna for a long time now. We studied zen together and became close
friends. She is an aware and alert person, with a positive attitude towards
the people she meets. Visiting
her and her family in Salt Lake City I got a chance to join some of her
meditation classes in the outskirts of Salt Lake City. She teaches there
small groups of people from the neighbourhood. She has a practical approach
to the people, she teaches them in an open way to be aware of what happens in
their daily activities and how they respond to it. I noticed how people feel at ease with her and her way of
communicating. Another
method she used when I was around is a guided meditation. She asks the people
to look inward and step by step she guides them to become aware of the movements
of the body and mind and transcends that into quietness and stillness. In that
area they can experience love to themselves, to the people around and to
everything else in the world" ---
