hosting us in his home. Friday sittings are the highlight of my week.
Even if I am unable to make it at times, it is still wonderful to know
that this is continuing. I find the atmosphere casual, yet
supportive...looking forward to being with you.Ó ÒAttending
the group meditations that Anna mediates is what I use to ground my life. The
vibrations of daily existence and my personal searching can sometimes put me
into highly distorted states of being. The group creates an atmosphere of
peace that sooths my very soul and gives me a weekly calming so I can see

meditation groups aim for a style that is causal, laid-back, and supportive
of each other's personal practice. The
etiquette as follows helps us in this goal: -
Arrive
early. -
Wear
comfortable, loose, clothing. -
Strive
to keep distractive activity to a minimum. Talking, loud breathing, and/or
excessive movement are discouraged -
Social
connection is important and valued. We encourage socializing before and after
meditation period. Please

groups are formed by people who happen to share
an interest in meditation. Some people here
have been practicing for many years and come
from all sorts of meditative-contemplative practices
and traditions. Many people who join these
groups are new to meditation; for some, this is
their first introduction to meditation. Others have
tried meditation only once before, and have decided
to give it another try. We
support and encourage any meditation practice and/or
spiritual tradition that encourages and supports
others. On
occasion, we may share our individual meditation
practices with the each other and offer
suggestions to those who ask for help. ---------------- benefits of meditating with a group Sitting
with a meditation group will strengthen your
own individual practice and energy, and will
give you a community of interesting individuals -- who are fun, even when not
